Former Milan midfielder Ruud Gullit says he can’t see Silvio Berlusconi leaving the club completely.
It has been heavily rumoured that the former Prime Minister is on the verge of selling a controlling interest in the Rossoneri to investors from the Far East, but Gullit doesn’t think he’ll walk away.
“Selling to foreign owners is the future,” the Dutchman told SportMediaset.

“However, I don’t think Berlusconi will leave the club completely.
“I can’t see Milan without him, but I think if there is interest in the club that might be a good thing for everyone.
“[In Italian football] there isn’t much money, and the stadia are old. You have to develop young people and wait patiently for results.
“That’s the right road, but if a foreign investor wants to help they’d be welcome.”
