The 21-year-old's current deal runs until 2016, but the Giallorossi are keen to tie him down for a further two seasons, with rumours circulating that the likes of Manchester United and Real Madrid are interested in the forward.
He is expected to be offered €3m per season, up from his current wage of €2,150,000 per year.
Lamela has been in fine form this term, scoring 14 goals in 27 League games.
