The Italian international, still just 22, has been sidelined since January because of a knee meniscus problem.

The summer signing from Genoa, via Siena, is aiming to return to full training with the Giallorossi this week.

Destro is looking to at least be named as one of the substitutes at the Stadio Renzo Barbera in Week 30.

The former Inter player has had a problematic first season at the Olimpico after scoring just four goals in 16 matches.
