The 27-year-old is a free agent and he’s set to sign a two-year contract with the club worth €1.2m a season – five times his current salary.

The defender, 31 games in Serie A this term, has a playing past with Empoli” data-scaytid=”3″>Empoli, Palermo, Sampdoria” data-scaytid=”4″>Sampdoria and Bari.

Bologna offered the player a new three-year deal worth €550,000 a season, but Raggi instead asked for a four-year agreement.
