The Tuscan Derby finds both teams in poor shape, as Siena have lost four on the bounce, while the Viola come from one point in two games. Delio Rossi is without Adem Ljajic, Amidu Salifu, Mattia Cassani, Houssine Kharja and Per Kroldrup, but Alessio Cerci and Riccardo Montolivo return.
Surprisingly, Gilardino is dropped in favour of the returning Alessio Cerci, leaving Stevan Jovetic as the centre-forward.
Manuel Pasqual is also dropped, so Nastasic is the left-back.
Siena miss Simone Vergassola and Nicola Belmonte, but Mattia Destro is back in the starting XI with Emanuele Calaio and Franco Brienza.
