Bartosz Bereszynski is having his Sampdoria medical, as he’s set to join from Legia Warsaw.
The defender is a Polish international, and infamously saw his club knocked out of the Champions League in 2014.
Legia took on Scottish champions Celtic, and when Bereszynski came on as an 86th-minute substitute he was ineligible due to a previous suspension. As a result, Celtic were given a walkover.
The 24-year-old is set to join the Blucerchiati in a €2m deal, signing a contract for five years.
