Parma players inch closer to serving notice to the club as President Giampietro Manenti's payments are reported to have not yet arrived.
The Ducali head met with his team yesterday in an effort to convince them that the overdue payment of their salaries had been processed.
However, the Gazzetta dello Sport reports today that the transaction code provided by Manenti, when double-checked by the players with the Monte dei Paschi di Siena bank, did not correspond to any payment.

The meeting reportedly ended in a state of tension, with none of the players willing to speak to the Press at the end, and midfielder Daniele Galloppa leaving in advance, according to Tuttosport.
According to La Gazzetta di Parma, Manenti promised he will provide the documents to certify the regularity of the transactions today.
It is again speculated that over the weekend the players will serve notice to the club, should the money not arrive.
Parma are also scheduled to play Udinese on Sunday, but the club's inability to pay any of the staff involved suggests it may be played behind closed doors, if not cancelled altogether.
The court date to discuss bankruptcy is set to March 19.
