“Am I in contact with Napoli? Yes, I am talking to Napoli,” 23-year-old Kramer told German newspaper Bild.

Kramer is owned by Bayer Leverkusen, but impressed last season on loan at Borussia Monchengladbach.
Italian papers report he has agreed to the move, but so far Bayer Leverkusen are unwilling to strike a deal worth €12m.
