The Italian international, who has spent the last two seasons at the Stadio Tardini, is co-owned by both sides.
“I don’t know what Parma or Juventus are waiting for when it comes to deciding the boy’s future,” representative Claudio Pasqualin told Odeon TV.
The Old Lady’s lack of urgency to resolve the forward’s status has led to reports that they are unsure about his ability.
However, Pasqualin, is refusing to rule out a Turin return. “You can’t say that he is not part of the club’s plans,” he insisted.
Giovinco has enjoyed a sparkling campaign at the Tardini which has seen him attract the attention of numerous sides.
However, Juve could recall him after deciding to let go of Alessandro Del Piero – a player who Pasqualin once represented.
“I don’t think that he’ll go and play for River Plate in Argentina or in Canada,” the agent stated when asked about Del Piero’s own options.
“Alex is just waiting for the right offer – probably from England.”
