“The Turkey international has signed a five-year contract with Roma that runs until 30 June 2022.”
Cengiz already has two goals in four senior caps for Turkey and has chosen the Number 17 jersey at Roma.
“We are extremely happy with the arrival of Cengiz, a player with great technical ability,” said sporting director Monchi.
“We are confident he will quickly adjust to his new surroundings and his quality and talent will be a valuable addition to our squad.”
