Zalewski’s Galatasaray demands revealed

According to Yagiz Sabuncuoglu of Turkish outlet Sports Digitale, Zalewski is after a four-year contract with a €15m release clause included.

The 22-year-old is reportedly seeking a net wage of €3.2m per season plus bonuses, as well as a €500,000 signing on fee and bonuses for his representatives.

Galatasaray have sent delegates to Rome to discuss a potential deal with Roma, Zalewski and his agents. As of Thursday afternoon, Gala had an agreement in principle with the Giallorossi, but not with the player

Zalewski’s desire has been to stay on with Roma, as he has been on the club’s books since 2011 and wants to fight for a place in Daniele De Rossi’s first team.

Galatasaray, meanwhile, are still hoping to complete a deal ahead of Friday’s deadline. However, if they are unable to come to an agreement, they will instead turn to either Mario Rui of Napoli or Fode Ballo-Toure of Milan.
