Roma midfielder Radja Nainggolan has turned down a move to English club Liverpool, according to reports in Italy.

The Belgian is co-owned by Roma and Cagliari, with reports yesterday indicating Roma may have to pay up to €10m to redeem the rest of his contract.

Il Tempo reports that the 26-year-old has rejected an offer from Liverpool which would have seen him take home around €4m per season.
