Chievo have confirmed that Dario Dainelli, Gennaro Sardo and Nicolas Frey have all signed contract extensions.
The trio were all out of contract at the Bentegodi at the end of June, but have all agreed to one-year extensions, as confirmed by their club this week.
“Chievo announce that defenders Dario Dainelli, Gennaro Sardo and Nicolas Frey have extended their contracts (expiring on 06/30/14) until 30/06/15,” read the Flying Donkeys’ release.
“In particular with regards to Frey, Chievo has exercised its option to extend the contract signed last summer.”
Frey is the longest serving of the three players, having been with the club since 2008, whilst Sardo first joined in 2010 and Dainelli in 2012.
