League authorities have confirmed that Bologna have been handed a one-year suspended sentence for comments made against Napoli.
The Rossoblu supporters have been found guilty of territorial discrimination for their remarks towards the Partenopei on Sunday.
And Lega Calcio have confirmed that the club have been given a 12 month suspended sentence for the chants.
“If, during a one-year period, a similar offence is committed then a suspension will be enforced and a penalty will be added,” a statement read.
Coach Davide Ballardini has also been handed a one-game suspension after he was found guilty of ‘blasphemous remarks’ towards the referee at the weekend.
