Serie B side Reggina have had their appeal partially accepted, so their three-point penalty was reduced to two.
The club had been docked four points in the betting scandal this summer, which was cut to three on appeal.
Reggina took another stage of the legal battle to the TNAS tribunal and had their penalty further reduced to just two points.
It means the Amaranto now have 23 points in the Serie B table, catching Novara in joint 15th place.
