Roma sporting director Walter Sabatini has praised the team after they claimed their third victory in a row on Sunday.
The Giallorossi came from behind to defeat Siena last weekend, and the 57-year-old believes it is the unity within the group that has seen their fortunes turn around since the derby loss to Lazio.
“We are a group of strong players and serious professionals,” he told Corriere dello Sport. “There is a great union and the team has had the strength to get up after the derby.
“They are meeting the needs of the Coach [Zdenek Zeman] with a great spirit of sacrifice.
“Zeman's football requires all the players to be synchronised, and it is with that in mind that I hope to build this club's identity.”
