Inter have Antonio Cassano, Rodrigo Palacio and Philippe Coutinho for the second leg of their Europa League play-off with Vaslui.
The Nerazzurri are in pole position to qualify for the group phase after winning the first leg 2-0 away from home, but remember the struggles they faced after a similar situation with Hajduk Split in the last round.
New buy Cassano is thrown straight in at the deep end again, having already started Sunday’s Serie A opener with Pescara.
This time he is partnered by Palacio – who was suspended at the weekend – and Coutinho rather than Diego Milito and Wesley Sneijder.
Julio Cesar is at San Siro this evening and will say goodbye to the fans after completing a move to QPR on Wednesday.
Vaslui make several changes to the line-up that lost 2-0 in Romania a week ago, bringing in goalkeeper Straton, Cordos, Caue’, Tukura and Sburlea.
Kick-off is at 19.45 UK time.
