Juventus seriously considering hiring Milan’s Massara

Juventus are planning to restructure their management at the end of this season and a popular candidate to oversee things is Milan director Frederic Massara.

The 54-year-old Italian director has been with the Rossoneri since July 2019, working closely with Paolo Maldini to build the project in the Lombardy capital. The pair have worked hard to fill Stefano Pioli’s squad with promising young talents, something that paid off last season when they lifted the Scudetto.

As reported by Tuttosport, Juventus are looking to restructure their management in the summer, keen to kickstart a new era focused on less known stars and more talented youngsters. The club are keen to bring in Massara to supervise this, appreciating his work at Milan.

The former Roma sporting director could leave the Rossoneri at the end of this season due to his declining relationship with the club’s owners. He could even be joined by Milan’s chief scout Geoffrey Moncada, although this idea is less developed at this stage.
