“Milan’s transfer campaign is very complex,” Galliani told reporters outside the Lega Serie A offices. “Everything is difficult. I can make a deal, conclude it, but then we need the approval of the other party [Sino-Europe].
“The market moves quickly, never mind having a complete deal and having to ask permission from others.
“That has to be done as a secondary move, to have a neutral transfer campaign we’ll have to sell before we buy. So I don’t know what will happen in January.
“Orsolini we like, he’s a good player, a left-footer who plays on the right and he could be a good alternative to Suso. He still has a long way to go, but the Berlusconi-Galliani agreement is to focus on young Italian players.
“I can categorically exclude big signings.”
The Diavolo can pick up a trophy on Friday, as they face Juventus in the Supercoppa Italiana in Doha.
“We’re on our fourth meeting with Juventus in this calendar year. I keep saying that we’ve never been dominated and people write that we haven't lost – in terms of the game we haven’t been dominated.
“We lost in both the League and the Coppa Italia final while playing on par with Juventus, then when we played them this Autumn we won.
“In terms of the play, in those three games we’ve played, I’ve always seen Milan on par with Juventus. I hope we can continue with the same balance and maybe replicate the last scoreline.
“Our chances are 50 per cent, Milan are doing well and have won some games which people didn’t think we’d win. With Roma and Atalanta one point was scant reward.
“We’re happy to be in a second final and we hope to return to winning ways, since we haven’t lifted a trophy since Beijing in 2011.
“Juventus are solid and fierce, Milan are young and beautiful.”
