According to Il Corriere dello Sport, Paulo Dybala could start on the bench against Hellas Verona on Sunday following his return from international duty.
The 28-year-old only played 21 minutes during Argentina’s last two games against Chile and Colombia and returned to Turin yesterday.
La Joya returned to group training today as confirmed by Juventus on their official website.
This means he will train with the team three times before Sunday’s match against Hellas Verona when Dusan Vlahovic will make his debut in a black and white shirt. According to Il Corriere dello Sport newspaper, Alvaro Morata will likely partner the Bianconeri newcomer.
According to multiple reports in Italy, the Old Lady will withdraw their €10m-a-year contract offer, putting a lower salary on the table.
It remains to be seen if Dybala will put pen to paper on a new agreement or decide to leave Turin as a free agent in the summer.
