According to Il Corriere dello Sport, Roma are ready for a new round of talks with Federico Chiesa’s agent, Fali Ramadani.

Chiesa is expected to leave Juventus in the summer transfer window as he hasn’t yet reached an agreement to extend his stay beyond June 2025.

Furthermore, new coach Thiago Motta doesn’t see the ex-Fiorentina striker as a key part of his project.

On the other hand, Roma boss Daniele De Rossi is a long-time admirer of Chiesa and according to Il Corriere dello Sport, new Giallorossi director Florent Ghisolfi will soon meet the winger’s representative again to continue transfer talks.

The first meeting between the two parties already occurred in June, but Ghisolfi will be updated on Chiesa’s transfer situation after the European Championships, which surely didn’t allow Juventus to raise the winger’s transfer value.

The Bianconeri have yet to receive an offer for Chiesa despite rumours about several European clubs, including Bayern Munich.

Chiesa is said to be intrigued by De Rossi’s Roma project, plus his partner Lucia Bramani would rather move to Rome than any other city abroad.
