Raiola: ‘No Donnarumma drama’

Mino Raiola calls criticism of Gianluigi Donnarumma “incredible”, and says his client “wants to see what Milan will be”.

The 17-year-old goalkeeper is out of contract in the summer of 2018, and has yet to commit his future to the Rossoneri.

It’s thought that’s because of the impending takeover by a Chinese consortium, Sino-Europe Sports, which has been delayed several times.

Following defeat to Udinese at the weekend, Donnarumma received some criticism for his performance, and his agent believes that is ridiculous.

It’s thought that’s because of the impending takeover by a Chinese consortium, Sino-Europe Sports, which has been delayed several times.

Following defeat to Udinese at the weekend, Donnarumma received some criticism for his performance, and his agent believes that is ridiculous.

“It’s right that Donnarumma knows what Milan will be,” Raiola warned, speaking to Premium Sport.

“The criticism of Gigio? Incredible. He’s forging his path and he’s doing well. Gigio is worth as much as a Modigliani, and he’s one of the biggest artists in Italy.

“Milan will set his price, if that’s necessary. Right now the lad isn't going to go out of contract, it hasn't happened yet. These are dramas which don't exist.

“The calmest of all is the player, I repeat: I don’t understand these criticisms of Donnarumma.

"Milan are an important club and they're well aware of how to manage a situation like this.

“Do Juventus like him? Ask [Giuseppe] Marotta, [Fabio] Paratici and [Pavel] Nedved.”
