Nainggolan: ‘Chelsea want me’

Roma midfielder Radja Nainggolan admits Chelsea “really want me” but is focused on Euro 2016.

The Belgian international has been linked with a move to Stamford Bridge, with incoming manager Antonio Conte a big admirer of his ability.

“Antonio Conte has been following me for some time, and he already wanted me at Juventus,” Nainggolan revealed in an interview with HLN.

“Antonio Conte has been following me for some time, and he already wanted me at Juventus,” Nainggolan revealed in an interview with HLN.

“He told me what kind of player I could be for him, and I get the feeling he really wants me. Still, I’ve been in Italy for 12 years so let’s see what happens.

“Thibaut Courtois and Eden Hazard have already asked me to come to Chelsea, but a possible transfer isn’t in my head.

“I’m fully focused on the European Championships and I want to play a great tournament, also to forget the disappointment of the World Cup.”
