Milan torn between signing Tanganga or Diallo – report

Now that Milan have resolved the Charles De Ketelaere situation, their next port of call is picking up a new defender, with Japhet Tanganga and Abdou Diallo the top two candidates.

The Rossoneri’s summer transfer window has been a little slow following their Scudetto winning campaign last season, but things are looking up now that they’ve managed to iron out an agreement for the Belgian talent. Milan also want to strengthen their defence a little, giving Stefano Pioli more flexibility at the back.

As reported by Calciomercato.com, Tanganga is still a top option for Milan and the two parties have been in talks for weeks now, with the player totally willing to make the move to Italy. The Rossoneri still haven’t agreed figures with Tottenham, however.

The other main candidate alongside the Englishman is PSG’s Diallo, who has been appreciated by the Milanese club for some time. New coach Christophe Galtier is not a fan of the 26-year-old Senegalese defender, so a move to Milan is possible this summer.
