Milan derby for Kondogbia?

Reports in France suggest Inter will challenge Milan for the signature of Monaco’s Geoffrey Kondogbia.

It was reported this morning that Rossoneri CEO Adriano Galliani will travel to the principality to attempt to strike a deal for the midfielder, who can also play in defence.

French sports daily L’Equipe suggests their city rivals are firmly in the hunt too, claiming that Coach Roberto Mancini has personally spoken to the 22-year-old.

French sports daily L’Equipe suggests their city rivals are firmly in the hunt too, claiming that Coach Roberto Mancini has personally spoken to the 22-year-old.

This is a fairly common tactic from the Beneamata, with Lukas Podolski and Xherdan Shaqiri both admitting that speaking to Mancini convinced them to move.

Kondogbia’s agent has previously declared that Inter are interested in his client, along with Juventus, Manchester City and others.
