“There’s always a possibility, we saw Roma last night with a splendid performance and nobody expected that,” former Sampdoria midfielder Karembeu told Mediaset Premium at the Bernabeu.

Bale is chosen to start with Cristiano Ronaldo and Isco, while 21-year-old Jesus Vallejo makes his Champions League debut in place of suspended Sergio Ramos.

“Missing Sergio Ramos could be an issue, but Zizou knows the Juve squad well and he’ll know what to do.

“Bale starting means Real Madrid certainly want to attack, play on the offensive and win this match.”
