Juventus reportedly agree deals with Chelsea duo Rudiger and Jorginho

Juventus are confident about closing out a double deal for Chelsea duo Antonio Rudiger and Jorginho.

The Bianconeri are preparing to overhaul their squad in the upcoming summer transfer window following a lacklustre season. Seeing the uncertainty surrounding Chelsea following the sanctions laid against Roman Abramovich, the Turin side are ready to snap up any stars heading out the door in West London.

As reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, Rudiger has agreed to join Juventus on a free transfer in the summer, after his contract expires with Chelsea. He is expected to sign a four-year deal worth around €6.5m net per season.

The Bianconeri are also working to secure Jorginho’s signature. The Italian-Brazilian midfielder’s contract expires with the Blues in 2023 and now they need to agree a fee with Thomas Tuchel’s side. For now it seems likely that Jorginho will sign a four-year deal worth around €6.5m net per season as well.

Fabrizio Romano later reported Juventus have approached Rudiger over a move, but have not yet managed to iron out an agreement. They’re still facing competition from two unnamed clubs.
