Chelsea after Alisson, Donnarumma?

It is reported that Chelsea are targeting Roma goalkeeper Alisson, but could turn their attentions to Milan’s Gigio Donnarumma.

The Brazilian number one is being coveted by several of Europe’s top clubs, with Real Madrid rumoured to have already agreed personal terms with the 25-year-old.

However, transfer specialist Alfredo Pedulla claims via his website that Maurizio Sarri – who is likely to become the Blues’ next Coach – is a huge admirer of Alisson.

He has reportedly told the Chelsea hierarchy that signing a quality goalkeeper this summer is of utmost importance – particularly considering that Thibaut Courtois has just one year remaining on his contract.

Both Corriere dello Sport and Sportitalia state that the Stamford Bridge club have already made one official offer to Roma for Alisson.

The bid, rumoured to have been €60m, was turned down. It now remains to be seen whether Chelsea will go back in with a higher offer or turn their attentions to Milan’s Donnarumma.
