Canna: ‘Totti should be Roma President’

“The Coppa? I’m here to represent Juventus, I won it twice with Parma too. I don’t miss playing football, I did it for years at the highest levels and now I’ve taken a different path.

“Coaching is beautiful.

“Italian defending? The issue of defence has been given little thought in the youth sectors in recent years, we’re making it different to get good players from the youth sector.

“It’s a mirror of the situation in Italy: method, players and availability.

“We weren’t just good at defending, we played football but we paid more attention to the defensive phase.”
