Thohir at San Siro for Inter-Torino

Inter President Erick Thohir will attend the Torino game next Wednesday, ahead of the shareholders’ meeting.

The Indonesian tycoon sold the majority stake in the Nerazzurri to the Suning Group this summer, but remains as the club’s figurehead.

Both Thohir and the Chinese owners are expected in Italy next week for a shareholders’ meeting, and the President will attend the home game against Torino.

Though he’s not thought to be in immediate danger of losing his job, this could increase the pressure on Coach Frank de Boer.

The Dutchman has lost five of his 10 games since taking over from Roberto Mancini, and must turn things around before the Crotone game in November.

Given that the Granata have already beaten Fiorentina and Roma this season, facing Sinisa Mihajlovic’s side in front of the ownership may not be ideal for De Boer.
