The French full-back scored three goals and provided one assist in five Serie A games in the month of December.
One of his goals came in a 3-2 win against Lazio at the Stadio San Siro on January 23.
The former Real Madrid defender received the award from Paolo Maldini’s hands.
He was awarded “by someone who left a mark on the left wing,” the Players' Association tweeted.
