The Rossoneri take on Arsenal this evening at San Siro in the Champions League, as it is the first leg of the Round of 16 tie.

“The important thing is not to leave Arsenal any space to run into, as they are so dangerous when there’s open pitch in front of them,” Tassotti told Sky Sport Italia.

“In attack we want to go on the one-on-one, because we know that is their weak point. It is a delicate encounter and we believe qualification will be decided over the 180 minutes, not just today.

“It is crucial we do not concede, so even a 0-0 in this first leg would be fine.”

Kevin-Prince Boateng makes his comeback from a long-term injury and is thrown straight into the starting XI.

“We trust Boateng can play well and not feel too much fatigue, as this is such an important game that anyone would like to play it.

“Stephan El Shaarawy is on the bench, but Arsenal also left their young talent Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain on the sidelines. We hope he can be useful if needed.”
