Former coach Arrigo Sacchi thinks Milan are ‘growing in a positive way’ under coach Stefano Pioli.
The Rossoneri finished second in Serie A last term and hope to continue their development when they return to the Champions League this term.
Sacchi believes in the Milan project and said he ‘shares’ the ideas currently in place in Via Aldo Rossi.
“Milan are growing in a positive way,” Sacchi told La Gazzetta dello Sport. “It’s a young group with some more mature elements, such as [Zlatan] Ibrahimovic and [Olivier] Giroud.
“A project that I share, also because it has been realised respecting the budget.”
