Roma and Brighton meet in the Italian capital next week, on March 7, in the first leg of the Europa League Round of 16.
Thursday’s printed edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport, on page 20, reports the Giallorossi have already bought over 35,000 tickets for the game, so the Stadio Olimpico will predictably be sold out.
Over 61,000 fans were in the stands this past Monday for a home Serie A game against Torino.
According to Gazzetta, Brighton fans have 3,425 tickets available for the away game in Rome. The pink paper claims many English fans will arrive in the capital at the beginning of next week to enjoy Rome before the mid-week European fixture.
Brighton will be without Japanese winger Kaoru Mitoma who has been ruled out for the rest of the season with a back injury.
