Roma will reportedly activate the €8m buy-out clause on Antonio Rüdiger early after his loan from Vfb Stuttgart.
The 22-year-old defender arrived in August at a cost of €4m for a one-season loan.
There is a clause to buy him outright for another €13m and according to the Corriere dello Sport that will be activated before Christmas with the hope of a discount at €8m.
Rüdiger hasn’t been entirely convincing in his six Serie A games and three Champions League appearances for the Giallorossi.
