Calhanoglu arrived at San Siro in July 2017 and his current deal expires in June 2021, meaning the 26-year-old could discuss with other clubs from January.
The former Bayer Leverkusen star has contributed seven assists and one goal in 14 Serie A games so far this term and the newspaper claims Milan and Calhanoglu are expected to meet in the middle.
