There were already suggestions over the weekend that a deal was very close to completion.
Now Tuttomercatoweb claim the two clubs have reached an agreement.
It will be a transfer worth €2.5m plus another €0.5m in performance-related bonuses.

Juventus had been linked, but they would’ve immediately loaned Quaison out to fellow Serie A side Empoli.
The 23-year-old forward is only under contract with Palermo until June.
