Sampdoria striker Fabio Quagliarella seems set to renew for a further year with the Blucerchiati, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.

The Italian centre-forward continues to deliver at 37 and confirmed his influence with seven goals in 13 games so far this term.

Quagliarella arrived from Torino in July 2016 and seems set to continue playing in Liguria also next term.
