Probable line-ups: Sassuolo-Milan and Inter-Sampdoria

The title race finally comes to a boil as Sassuolo host leaders Milan and Inter take on Sampdoria in the final Serie A match day of the season.

Both matches kick off at 17.00 UK time, setting up a tense evening in the Italian peninsula. A single point is enough for the Rossoneri to clinch the Scudetto, leaving the Nerazzurri praying for a miracle as they look to do everything they can to pick up all three points against a Sampdoria side with little to play for.

Sassuolo has three absences for this evening’s match against Milan, with Pedro Obiang, Abdou Harroui and Jeremy Toljan all unavailable due to injury. For the Rossoneri, only Simon Kjaer is out absent, giving Stefano Pioli a little more flexibility.

Simone Inzaghi will have to do without Roberto Gagliardini for the Sampdoria clash; the Italian midfielder is out with a foot injury. Three players have been ruled out for the Ligurian side, with Omar Colley suspended and Stefano Sensi and Manolo Gabbiadini out injured.
