Official updates from Juventus’ training session on Friday

Juventus players trained at Continassa on Friday morning, continuing preparations for an away Serie A game against Lecce on Sunday.

The Bianconeri will overtake Inter at the top of the Serie A table on Sunday if they beat Lecce away. The Nerazzurri won’t be involved in the upcoming league round, being busy in Saudi Arabia with the Supercoppa.

Juventus boss Massimiliano Allegri is reportedly considering four line-up changes for the next league game at Lecce.

Meantime, Bianconeri players trained at Continassa on Friday morning.

“The team are continuing preparations at Continassa ahead of their next Serie A fixture, away to Lecce,” Juventus said in an official statement.

“The Bianconeri will visit the Stadio Via del Mare for a 20:45 CET kick-off on Sunday 21 January.

“The squad took part in a morning training session focusing on attacking and finishing drills before wrapping it up with a match on a small pitch.

“Tomorrow – Saturday 20 January – another morning session is planned for the team. At 14:00 CET, Massimiliano Allegri will speak to journalists in a press conference at Allianz Stadium, which fans can follow along live on Juventus TV. The squad will then head off to Salento.”
