Napoli entering talks for Traore amid Juve and Premier League interest

Napoli will open talks with Sassuolo for talented winger Hamed Junior Traorè soon amid interest from Juventus and some Premier League sides.

The 22-year-old Ivorian is having a good season with the Neroverdi, scoring four goals and providing four assists in 23 Serie A appearances this campaign. He has grown into a strong player in Emilia-Romagna and has attracted the attention of a number of top sides, suggesting that a move away is imminent.

As reported by Calciomercato.com, Napoli are seriously interested in signing Traorè and they’ll open talks with Sassuolo some time next week. He currently has a market value of around €25m but the Neroverdi are likely to request a higher price following his growth.

Juventus are also big fans of the Ivorian winger but they can no longer count of the right of first refusal clause, which expired last summer. This means that they’ll need to fend off competition from both the Partenopei and some unnamed Premier League sides.
