Milan: ‘Berlusconi? No comment…’

Milan have responded to Silvio Berlusconi’s comments, noting that they will not “judge” or comment.

The former owner said yesterday that Coach Gennaro Gattuso should play with strikers, complaining that he could “hardly watch” the Rossoneri.

“With regard to the statements of Silvio Berlusconi, we note what is right to do on a sporting and institutional level,” the club responded via the Press review section on their official website.

“Namely that when the historic President speaks, the President by definition, you do not judge or comment: you listen.

“Rino Gattuso stated just the same thing when, at his presentation Press conference, the Rossoneri Coach noted that talking to Berlusconi is important, and above all that he listened to him willingly.”
