Milan ask after Club Brugge talent De Ketelaere

While Noa Lang has taken up most of the headlines, Milan are also working to sign Charles De Ketelaere from Club Brugge.

The Rossoneri are working to increase the options at the disposal of coach Stefano Pioli and looking towards Belgium for new talents.

It is already widely reported that they are targeting Club Brugge attacking winger Lang, who can play on the right or the left.

Interest in his club teammate De Ketelaere has also been going on for several months and following the Scudetto victory and takeover from American investors RedBird, they have the resources to make the move stick.

According to Sportitalia and Calciomercato.com, Milan are working to negotiate down the €30m asking price.

Creative midfielder De Ketelaere only recently turned 21 and already has six senior caps for Belgium, in which he scored one goal.

A product of the Club Brugge academy, he scored 18 goals and provided 10 assists in 49 competitive games for the side this season.

He is also strong in the air and can play as a centre-forward at times.

Milan face competition from Leicester City, but are confident their work over many months can make them the favourites.
