Marchetti: I’m staying in Rome

Federico Marchetti has reportedly indicated to Lazio supporters during pre-season that his intention is to stay put this summer.

The goalkeeper lost his place in the Aquile team under Edy Reja during last season and was speculated as on his way out of the club come the open of the transfer window.

Speculation was that Milan were interested in the 31-year-old and had offered cash and Michael Agazzi, only for Claudio Lotito to reportedly set an asking price of €12m.
