Manchester City are reported to be preparing an offer for PSG and Italy midfielder Marco Verratti.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the 22-year-old ex-Pescara talent impressed City scouts during the Champions League clash with Chelsea.
It won’t be easy to prise him away from Paris Saint-Germain, where Verratti signed a contract until 2019 worth €3m per season.
He would, however, be much cheaper than Juventus star Paul Pogba and available for around €35m.
