Inter: What Italian media say about Dimarco amid Man Utd and Real Madrid transfer links

Italian media insist Inter do not want to part ways with Federico Dimarco despite strong interest from Manchester United and Real Madrid.

The Italy international has emerged as a potential reinforcement for both European giants, as reported by the Independent on Tuesday. Italian media confirm both clubs are monitoring Dimarco but Inter haven’t received offers yet.

Gazzetta highlights that Madrid legend Roberto Carlos has recently praised Dimarco, saying that the Italian is “one of the best left-backs in the world.”

According to Wednesday’s printed edition of Tuttosport (page 19), Inter value their defender at €40m but are unwilling to sell.

Gazzetta confirms the 2023 Champions League Finalists want to keep Dimarco at the Stadio Meazza and sell Robin Gosens instead.

According to the report, the Germany international is wanted by Wolfsburg and Union Berlin in the Bundesliga and one Premier League club. Marcelo Brozovic is also expected to leave with Al-Nassr and Barcelona interested.

Gazzetta added Inter would sign Monza’s Carlos Augusto if Gosens leaves.
