Fenerbahce make offer for Milan midfielder Krunic

Reports from Turkey suggest that Fenerbahce have submitted a concrete offer to Milan for midfielder Rade Krunic.

The 29-year-old Bosnian featured regularly under Stefano Pioli last season, seeing almost 2500 minutes of action, and is considered part of the project in the Lombardy capital.

Milan sold Sandro Tonali to Newcastle United and lost Ismael Bennacer to injury, severely weakening their midfield. In response, the club have signed Tijjani Reijnders and Ruben Loftus-Cheek, and are also working on a deal for Valencia’s Yunus Musah.

As reported by Turkish journalist Yağız Sabuncuoğlu, Fenerbahce have sent Milan an official offer for Krunic, who has two years left on his contract. No figures have been mentioned and the midfielder has an estimated market value of around €10-15m.

The Rossoneri have already been close to Turkey in recent weeks, working to sell Ante Rebic and possibly Junior Messias to Besiktas. Divock Origi has also been linked with a move to the Super Lig, but is not seemingly keen on the idea.
