Everton and Aston Villa set sights on Juventus talent Iling-Junior

Everton and Aston Villa have both set their sights on a move for Juventus winger Samuel Iling-Junior, reports detail.

The Bianconeri have now been officially excluded from the Conference League for the coming 2023-24 season, leaving them without any European commitments.

The club are in the early stages of their post-Andrea Agnelli era and have been working to lower their wage bill this summer, keen to rehome a long list of players.

As reported by Tuttosport via TMW, Juventus could end up selling Iling-Junior this summer as both Everton and Aston Villa are interested in making a move for the English teenager.

The 19-year-old broke into Massimiliano Allegri’s first team last season, where he made 18 appearances across all competitions. The winger scored against Atalanta and provided assists against Benfica and Lecce.

Juventus are also working to find buyers for numerous other unneeded players like Weston McKennie, Denis Zakaria and Leonardo Bonucci.
