De Ligt back, Bonucci not too bad

Matthijs de Ligt and Alex Sandro resumed training with the Juventus squad today, while Leonardo Bonucci is expected to be out for two weeks.

A statement released by the club confirmed that Alex Sandro and De Ligt took part in the full training session with the rest of their teammates.

It means they should be ready to play this weekend against Cagliari, which for De Ligt will be the first game since undergoing shoulder surgery in August.

Bonucci returned to base after pulling out of international duty with a muscular problem in his right thigh.

According to the latest reports, the injury is not as serious as first thought and he should be back within a couple of weeks.

This is shorter than the original estimate of three to four weeks.

Meanwhile, Federico Chiesa, Paulo Dybala, Aaron Ramsey and Giorgio Chiellini had their planned separate training session.
