Club Brugge ready to accept Milan’s latest offer for De Ketelaere – report

Charles De Ketelaere is seemingly only a step away from joining Milan as Club Brugge reportedly prepare to accept the most recent offer.

The Rossoneri met with their Belgian counterparts in Lugano, Switzerland yesterday to try and iron out an agreement for the 21-year-old Belgian forward, who is incredibly keen on the move to Lombardy.

As reported by Calciomercato.com, Milan duo Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara raised their offer to €32m plus €3m in add-ons for De Ketelaere yesterday. Club Brugge had been asking for a flat €35m fee but they’ve seemingly changed their mind and decided to accept the Rossoneri’s offer.

The deal is reportedly set to be closed over the next 48 hours and De Ketelaere could be at Stefano Pioli’s disposal by Friday.

It’s been reported that the Belgian’s mother has already visited Milan to try and find a house for her son and he’s already agreed to the move, keen to join the club.
